The day before, our team will visit you at your hotel at 7:00 pm to provide necessary instructions for the tour.
Day of the tour:
- 4:30 am - 5:00 am: Hotel pickup to begin the journey to Mollepata, in the lush Apurímac Valley, where you’ll enjoy breakfast and prepare for the hike.
- Continue to Challacancha, marveling at the Humantay Glacier en route.
- Proceed to Soraypampa (2,900 m.a.s.l.) for a short rest and energy boost.
- Begin the 7 km hike to Humantay Lake (4,200 m.a.s.l.), offering stunning views of the lake and the Salkantay Glacier.
- After taking photos and enjoying the breathtaking scenery, return to camp for lunch before heading back to Cusco, arriving at approximately 6:30 pm.
