1. Tour Schedules & Logistics

Exact pickup times will be provided via WhatsApp once tour logistics are finalized, typically after 9:00 PM on the day before the tour.
For shared tours, the VAN will wait for 5 minutes only. Clients must be at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time. Failure to do so will be considered a No Show, and the vehicle will depart with no refund or rescheduling available.

2. Mountain Tours

Mountain tours depart at 5:00 AM and return around 3:30 PM. The return trip also allows a 5-minute waiting period.
These tours include round-trip transportation only. Snow clothing rental, park entrance fees, equipment, lessons, or additional activities are not included and are the client’s responsibility.

3. City & Vineyard Tours

• Viña del Mar & Valparaíso tours: departure at 6:00 AM, return by approximately 4:00 PM.

• Vineyard tours: departure from 7:00 AM depending on reservation time, lasting approximately 4 to 6 hours including transfers and on-site activities.

For winery tours, the guide is provided by the vineyard itself. The transfer service includes a driver only.
Entrance fees and tastings are included.

4. Adventure Tours

All adventure tours offered by Getaround Chile are operated by agencies certified by SERNATUR (National Tourism Service of Chile) and comply with current safety regulations required by Chilean law.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations with 48 hours or more advance notice are eligible for a full refund within 7 business days.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour incur a 100% penalty (no refund).

• The Alyan Sunset Tour cannot be cancelled or rescheduled once booked.

• No Shows will result in forfeiting the tour with no refund or rescheduling.

• For cancellations due to medical reasons, an official medical certificate issued in Chile must be provided.

If Getaround Chile cancels the tour due to weather or safety concerns, the client will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Liability Disclaimer

1. Responsible Provider

The full responsibility for the execution of each tour lies with the contracted operating agency. Getaround Chile acts solely as a commercial intermediary between the client and the final service provider and does not participate in the technical or logistical execution of the tour.

2. Indemnity Clause

The client understands and accepts that adventure tourism activities may involve inherent risks. By booking a tour through Getaround Chile, the client fully releases Getaround Chile from any liability for accidents, injuries, personal damage, loss, or claims arising directly or indirectly from the tour experience.

Getaround Chile is not responsible for acts of God, force majeure, weather changes, third-party cancellations, or actions/omissions of tour operators.

General Conditions

• Payment for all tours must be made at the time of booking.

• Please check available payment methods (credit/debit card, bank transfer, payment links).

• Getaround Chile is not responsible for the closure or inaccessibility of tourist attractions or private parks.

• All shared tours are subject to availability and a minimum number of participants.
